This hotel has a beautiful location right next to the beach and is super convenient with its proximity to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. The rooms are quite luxurious with a nice terrace and private jacuzzi, though some things weren't working perfectly. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, which really made my stay more enjoyable. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of options and quality.
